General conditions
Apartment for 2 people: supplement of 5,00 Euro per person per night.
The rates per person per day are intended with standard occupancy of the apartment for a stay of one week.
Shorter stays are only possible exceptionally and during specific periods. In such cases an additional price may be charged.
The prices include: WI-FI, VAT, linen and towels, TV SAT, dishwasher, hair dryer, ski-room with ski boots dryer, parking, final cleaning.
The price does not include: local tax and washing machine (4,00 € per washing, washing powder included).
Local tax: local tax must be added. Excluded children under 14.
The possibility of additional beds have to be agreed upon at the moment of reservation. In any case it is subject to acceptance and confirmation from our side.
Possible additional beds are calculated with an additional cost depending on the season.
Deposit and reservation: The reservation of the apartment is binding after written confirmation from our side and after we have received the deposit. The deposit equals 1/3 of the total price for every apartment.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: The apartment is reserved from 4.00 pm of the arrival day to 9.00 am of the departure day.
